I recently conducted a seminar at a business networking event at The Lakeside Hotel and Spa at Newby Bridge, and had a really good time doing it. I met some really great people from different businesses too.

A couple days later, I recieved a hand written thank you card from Michelle, the event organiser. Hand writing cards and letters is fast becoming a lost art because technology is making life so much easier and speedier to communicate, so I really appreciated the time she took to send me a card. In it she wrote that feedback from my seminar said it was relaxed yet really informative and added value, which is really great to hear too!
