The babes at bwd are excited to reveal the completion of another amazing commercial interiors project: Mighty House Residential and Lettings Agents in Lancaster.

A brilliant, modern estate agent office”

bwd were tasked with the cost effective revamp of an old and no longer used video shop into an Estate Agents with ancillary property management functions.

The building, located at 83 Bowerham Road in Lancaster, is situated on a busy main road and as such it was our aim to make this office a local landmark. Complimenting the Might House brand, we designed a modern, bespoke and striking interior. See the video below to see the finished result.

We are so proud of this project and our skilled team who brought about the detail orientated finish of the interior and shop front. It was our goal to create a positive impression and to achieve this we believe in meticulous planning.

The key improvements included:
• Replacement of the ceiling and flooring throughout
• A new cellular office
• A low partition to ‘screen off’ the staffing area but allow staff a view the sales area
• A bespoke wall graphic depicting the Lancaster City skyline
• New signage to communicate the brand offer
• And custom designed lighting scheme
