The team at The Landing briefed bwd for a major refurbishment of the seventh-floor space, which includes new offices, conference facilities with breakout room.

BWD were invited to provide the creative and project coordination to refurbish the 7th Floor, creating a new space for existing tenants, with meeting areas, events space and conference facilities for the tech industry.
