The Rhodi Group is a Preston-based and family-owned company. They develop products to for the fashion industry, own oil and gas businesses and real estate. The Bux brothers who own the Group, have a successful track record in all the sectors they work in and like to work with local businesses when they can.

BWD were invited to help with the design and internal specifications for the Lime House apartments in Preston. Previously an office development, Rhodi purchased the property and converted the building into one, two and studio apartments for let. BWD produced all the visuals for their marketing materials and assisted with materials, colour and finishes specifications for the various apartment options.

The visuals have been created using Sketch Up and Vray to provide the client with photo-realistic views of the apartment options.  Our visuals have been used to market the property and will obtaining client sign-off to the choice of materials, colour’s, and finishes.
