September has rolled in and Autumn has only just begun, and we are stocking up on khaki green and metallic shades, but as always the design world is one step ahead!

As Fashion Week for Spring/Summer ’13 are going ahead, Pantone have revealed its top 10 most prominent hues for the spring/summer 2013 season.

Pantone is, in the companies own words, “the world-renowned authority on color and provider of color systems and leading technology for the selection and accurate communication of color across a variety of industries.”

Pantone explain their choice of colours as addressing the consumer’s desire for “self-expression, balance and the need to re-energize. The color direction for spring builds upon these compelling needs with a palette that mixes dynamic brights with novel neutrals to create a harmonious balance.”

We love the fresh Tender Shoots green and Lemon Zest yellow colours of the palette. We have our fingers crossed our clients like them too, as we cannot wait to have to have the chance include them as fresh accent colours in future designs.
