We were delighted to be invited to English Martyrs Preston to kick off their Engineering Week. Our founder, Bev Wood, delivered two assemblies to pupils, introducing them to the world of interior design and what it takes to work in the creative industry.

Bev spoke about how almost everything we see and use has been designed by someone, encouraging pupils to look at everyday spaces differently and to think about design as a potential future career. It was fantastic to see how engaged and curious the children were throughout the sessions.

At BWD Ltd, we love inspiring young people and showing them the wide range of creative opportunities available within design. A big thank you to English Martyrs for the warm welcome and for championing creativity from such an early age.
