How time flies.  We can’t believe it is almost a year since we completed our Mighty Makeover project in Lancaster. This cost effective revamp of an old video shop is now modern and thriving Estate Agents.

Mighty House Residential and Lettings Agents in Lancaster were delighted with our design and a year on, our client has credited us on how the interior design has had a marked effect on their business.

The amazing testimonial came to us ‘out of the blue’ this week and we are so happy that our design scheme has contributed to Peter and his team’s success. To achieve the results we did we started with the new Mighty House branding and then developed a modern, bespoke and striking interior which reflected the brand values and vision. We divided up the interior into work zones but kept the whole space open plan.  Low partitioning at the rear of the unit helps to screen off the staffing areas and a bespoke wall graphic was added to bring the amazing Lancaster skyline into the office making the space feel open and airy.  The use of a custom design lighting scheme combined with new signage brought the whole space to life.

Mighty House is celebrating its 1 year birthday in December and a year on, our Estate and Letting Agency office is still receiving a considerable number of admirers. They still comment on how great it looks and that it is the nicest Estate Agents they have ever been in. Its also still a pleasure of us to all work in. We have had a very successful first year and I have no doubt at all that a significant part of that success comes from having a really well designed and fantastic looking premises. Customers get a sense (rightly so) that we provide a quality service and that standard is set by the presentation and quality of our premises.
